Welcome to Soonets Jewelry Shop. I make original pieces and strive to have the best possible quality in our designs and manufacture. 

Each piece belongs to a collection. Each collection is inspired in specific attributes of the gem or the design itself, that evoke several emotions, sensations, moods that search to promote a deeper link between our clients and the jewel they buy.

Most pieces (With exception of earrings) are signed with a silver tag logo that identifies the brand and delicately complements the jewel.

Each piece has its presentation card. This includes a brief description of the materials that have been used and information about the proper care for the piece. This information allows for a better and deeper knowledge of the jewel you are acquiring.

Jewel presentation in durable elegantly designed boxes enhances the beauty and preservation of each piece and complements a perfect acquisition, whether you purchase the jewel for your personal use or as a gift.

Accepted payment methods: Visa, MasterCard, American Express.

Clients living in the Dominican Republic will be charged with local taxes (Itbis, 18%)


Purchased products are shipped generally in 24 hour after receiving the payment, if they are available and ready to ship. Since the products are hand made, it is possible that the one that you want is not ready to ship, but it can still be produced. If that is the case, we'll send you an e-mail indicating the production time, which should be usually between 2 to 3 weeks.

International orders are delivered with Inposdom (Instituto Postal Dominicano), Certificated mail service, which provides a tracking number, so you can check the status of your order. This service takes between 15 to 20 days for delivery, depending of the country. Fast delivery can be selected, via Fedex, at a higher shipping cost.

Customs charges for international shipping are not included in the price and will be paid directly by the customer.

Refunds and Exchanges

We strive to offer high quality products. However, in the unlikely event that you find any problem with the making of the product it can be exchanged or refund during the first 30 days after receiving the product.

Any item can be refund or exchanged during the first 30 days under the following conditions:

- Item is returned in its original box.

- If returned for reasons different than making failures, item must be unworn.

- Return shipping charges will be paid by the client.

- Shipping charges are not refundable.

We take very seriously the quality of our final product and we offer a long life guarantee for all our items. If after these initial 30 days you have any problem with your jewelry, please contact us directly. We will repair or replace the piece at no cost if it is damaged attributed to making failures. 

If product is lost due to causes of the shipping company, the piece will be replaced and send again or refund. Tracking of the shipment will be investigated to confirm that product were not properly deliver to the indicated address.
